Yori Construction partnered with Oklahoma Federal Credit Union to transform and expand an existing 6,000-square-foot branch, creating a modern banking environment designed to better serve members and staff.
The project combined a complete interior renovation with the addition of new building space, allowing the credit union to enhance both functionality and customer experience. Interior improvements included new flooring throughout, custom millwork, new private offices, and a redesigned teller area. The expansion introduced a new glass vestibule and storefront system, creating a more welcoming and accessible entrance while providing additional usable space for the branch.
Exterior improvements included a new canopy system, replacement storefront glazing, ADA accessibility upgrades, parking lot improvements, and site enhancements.
One of the project's most unique challenges involved creating a seamless exterior appearance between the existing facility and an adjacent structure. Yori partnered with specialty contractor Nawkaw to develop and apply a custom brick staining solution, carefully matching the surrounding architecture while preserving the character of the original building.
The completed project modernized the branch inside and out, blending new construction with existing architecture to create a cohesive, updated facility that will serve Oklahoma Federal Credit Union members for years to come.
